CONGRATS~ We will celebrate when I see you next month! --And I can't wait to see you! Miss you guys sooo much~ I need ScaryOldGuy words of wisdom and a sandwich. ;P Congrats on retirement- I expect some road-trips west now since you'll have some time. hehe Love ya!
What can I say? You have been my mentor and friend for over a decade. I don’t think I would have been this successful in my career if it weren’t for your belief in me as an educator. You saw my potential when I didn’t think it existed. You pushed me out of my comfort zone and were there to guide me in my nervousness to venture out and present at conferences. You also taught me that some things are not worth worrying about. Because of your guidance, I have become the successful teacher and TTL that I am today. I will miss your visits to Ziegler and the hiding out in my office ☺ …..Good luck, my friend, in your retirement! May your new journey be a successful one!
Retiring? I don't really believe that. If it's true, then maybe we can hire you full-time for Purple Feet. We don't pay well but we have nice shirts :) Seriously, congratulations! You have done a lot for me personally, as well as Martha, not to mention the DEN community. And most importantly, your dedication to kids, parents and teachers in Philadelphia has made so many lives so much better!

We will all have to promise to not use RTII, CCSS and other evil acronyms with you now that you are tired. I mean retired.
ReplyDeleteMaybe you should spend more than a week in the Adirondacks?
